Chris Owens, co-founder of Handsome Coffee Roasters, has a very important role in specialty coffee world. He came to Istanbul and trained the baristas of Ravouna 1906 for a month and Ravouna 1906 Coffee & Bar hosted a few workshops about specialty coffee in company with Chris Owens. The guests who attended to the workshop roasted our special green beans with Chris and experienced the special kinds of brewing coffee.
